Why can't a moderator or owner be allowed modify member profile items?

Currently as owner or moderator I can do many things, but one that would be helpful would be to allow me to make changes to member profiles. Specifically, the ability to change a members email address and to add a name to the profile. Many members are changing email addresses frequently to avoid spam, but currently if they don't change the address themselves or if they simply don't know how to do it, they ask me to do this for them. Unfortunately, I have to delete their accounts and reinvite or re-add them in order to do this, but doing this changes their date joined information. Also, many create email accounts that have no relevance or attribution to who they are. Since my group is private, having the ability to simply add a last name would help us to keep track of who the addresses belong to so that we could delete orphaned accounts or departed members.

Ok so i know i have asked alot of questions but the more and more days that go on I get more signs. I had my period on the 2- 5 of november and it was light for me. When my husband and I got together, we both had sons. My son was 4 and his son was 2 1/2. His son ped away a few months later. (Tragic accident.) It took my husband a long time to decide he was ready to have more children. Once he thought he would be okay with it, we immediately started trying to get pregnant and we were a few months later. The whole pregnancy, he was okay. But when I had our daughter, he was very distant with her. She just turned 3 and they have a great relationship NOW. Well, I am pregnant again and he is upset that it's a girl. He wanted a boy, and he knows that we are not trying again. Although he has adopted my son, I guess it is not the same. I think he has only touched my belly twice, and I am 34 weeks. My concern is that I think he may resent this baby because she isn't a boy. He is still hoping it will be a boy. But I have had 5 ultrasounds (due to complications) and I am having another one tomorrow. Has anyone else had any issues like this? Cont...........

Torrent Dowloading is over Speed Trigger is still on. Is this normal?

I Have successfully completed downloading a required torrent (using utorrent) and stopped it once it was over as I have a limited data allowance. After a couple of hrs.. I return back to see the speed trigger is still showing the upload and download graph steadily moving. I have currently re connected my internet connection and re installed utorrent this has brought down the speed trigger considerably down. Should I be worried?

Help! Is my rat okay?

I recently asked a question on here for help on my rat. I took her to the vet and they said she had no abnormal breathing patterns and that she was just sick. They prescribed her baytril to take orally for 10 days. Three days and three treatments later she still seems to be having breathing problems and it scares me. She seems to breathe completely fine when shes asleep or resting but when walking about she seems to squeak i guess when she breathes and sounds congested. I'm worried the baytril wont work and that my little girl will get more sick. I know its only been a few days since her visit to the vet but im still worried. If anyone has any more advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I have a new combi boiler but the panel radiators are so old that most of them don't give off enough heat to warm the house. I keep bleeding them, then have to bleed the boiler. Me personally, I beleive they are not real natural strikers. Atleast target men by any means. Now I want to say this because the signing of Carlos Tevez has made me think, Fergie has got a plan. He clearly does not want an out-and-out striker. Wow. That's a tough question! All three of them are needed in the trio and if I had my way, I wouldn't get rid of any of them. :p But since you asked, I guess I would get rid of Harry. I love it, and I honestly think it's usable. Both names are extremely cly, handsome, and intelligent-sounding, and they complement each other very well. Xavier is perfectly usable in daily life...he won't be one of 3 in his cl, but it's a name most people have heard of, know how to spell, etc. The middle name will won't really be used everyday. I'd rate Xavier Leonardo a 10/10.

I have spent over 10K attempting to sue my neighbors! Our judge has had oposing council in his chambers prior to our hearing. We have been at court 4 times and the judge still wont issue a TRO even with testimony from the defendant that he has written horrible stuff about me, gone to all my neighbors and slandered me, and is actively trying to get my husband fired from his job as a police officer. I am at my wits end and about to have to start selling off property to continue with the lawsuit and we have not even got to trial yet. This neighbor continues with his harment and hateful behavior and I feel like there is no justice for my family. Where is the sensor in the driver side door of my 98 windstar?

Lately, the open door chime continues even after the door shuts, and the interior lights stay illuminated after exiting the vehicle. I've had to disconnect the battery when this happens and now I don't use the drivers side door at all now. The door is closing securely, but the van doesn't seem to notice. This has happened on other vehicles I've owned, but the answer has usually been a sticking on or something. Ive checked all around the frame of the door, both on the body and the door itself, but see nothing I have identified as a sensor-type mechanism. Help!

Chronic illness that has been going on for over 2 years. Dr's are at a loss?

For the last 2 1/2 years I have had recurrent episodes of rash, fever, painfull throat, swollen lymph nodes and fatigue. In between episodes I have night sweats, dizzy spells, chronic fatigue,muscle spasms, pain in neck, shoulders, back, arms and hands go numb at night, trouble concentrating, brain fog..At first it was all blamed on mono but that was ruled out by blood tests.. My left cervical lymph node kept growing until finally was removed and biopsied. it came back benign..I have tested negative for HIV, Hepatitis, lymes,RA neg, ANA neg, urine normal, CBC normal, colonoscopy and endoscopy normal, chest xrays normal, ct scan showed fatty liver, however I have a sed rate of 65 and a CRP of 19.1. Drs have been monitoring my sed and CRP and the numbers continue to climb..Just found out I have Degenerated cervical discs with bone spurs.Dr's are at a loss. Ive been to 8 dr's so far and no one can help..I am desperate for answers and my medical bills are mounting.

I'm concerned for my dog?

I have an almost three year old female border collie. She is the best dog I have ever had! Unfortunately when she was a small puppy she was hit by a car and had to have a screw put in her hip so that she could walk normally. Now that was a long time ago and she's perfectly fine now (running jumping doing agility and all that good stuff) but the neighbors put up an electric, barbwire cattle fence yesterday to contain their labrador (i know, a bit much for a 45 lb dog). My huskies hopped back and forth through it yesterday and only one of them let out a little whine when coming back through, they acted as if it didn't bother them. Now my border collie (whos pain tolerance is indescribable, she didnt whine when she was hit by the car I'm told, and she got bit by a dog and didn't whine. And anytime my huge (16 lb) cat attacks her for getting too nosy she doesn't whine either) went through there this morning and she flipped out!! she didn't stop screaming for near a minute and she kept looking at her rear. My father told me that it's because she has the screw that it effected her that badly. If this is the case, I am getting an electric dog fence to reenforce my already 5 ft high wooden fence that the huskies climb with ease. I was considering getting her a collar too but if it's going to hurt her because she has metal in her hip then I don't want to do that. Is my father right? or was she just acting that way because she has never felt electricity before?

I'm interested in running my first half marathon, taking place 2 weeks from now. I read that you should train for about 10 weeks before the race, regularly, 3 times/week. I haven't done any training, though i run casually about once a week. My last run was 10km in 44minutes. The longest I've ever ran in my life was 12km and I've never ran for over 1 hour before. put new battery on it , made sure starter turns, it turns motor over when I put hot wire directly to starter. My mom spends way to much time on the computer!?

Please help me. I went out of state for a month to stay with my dad and sister. I took a liking in guitar and I played a song to my mom on the phone and she cried telling me how much she missed me. Well I just came home a week ago and if my mom isn't working the first thing she does is get on the computer. I asked her if she wanted to watch a movie together and she was all like, 'No I'm playing my game" I asked if she wanted to play a board game or something and she said "No, I just want to play my game." I said, "Mom, I just got home. Why don't we do something together?" She told me, "I rather play my game so I don't stress." It has been like that for the past week. She never wants to talk to me, she never wants to do anything together. She just wants to sit around playing a stupid game online with a bunch of strangers. She was always pretty bad on the computer but it just got worse when I was gone for a month. She has 5 accounts on the one game and she isn't suppose to do that. The rules say it's only one account a person. So she's constantly going back and forth between all the accounts. I tried telling her how I feel. I even told her that she has a problem, that she shouldn't be on the computer so much but she snapped at me. When I try to tell her how I feel, that I want to spend time with her she tells me, "Oh boo hoo, stop tryin to pull the guilt trip on me!" It's really bad. she snaps at me all the time for no reason. When I'm gone for a couple hours she says she misses me but when I try to spend time with her she snaps at me. We barely said anything to eachother since I got back. It's stressful in my house. I felt so much better being up there with my dad but I know him and I would eventually go at it (Because he's an alcholic but lives with my sister in her house) I always had my sister and baby niece around so I ignored it when he was gone all night. Him and I don't have that great of a relationship so it didn't bother me when he stayed out all night but at least when he gets home we do stuff together. Like play the guitar, ride the motor cycle, watch movies, go out to eat, etc etc. My mom and I use to be close but she's being so weird lately. I don't know what to do.

Okay so I'm 13 and a Catholic. I go to church every week and I don't get this: The Ten Commandments say the rules specifically. There's really no detail to them. Like in you shall not commit adultery. That's all it says. So how do the priests know that that means you can't have out of wedlock and stuff like that? Do they just make it up so people can have no fun, or did God come down and say the rules super specifically. I'm not trying to be sacreligious or anything, but where do they get so much detail from?

I just bought Portal 2 and already having a problem?!?

I just bought the PS3 version of Portal 2 and it comes with a free PC copy. I already had a steam account and played many games with it but when i linked my PS3 to my steam account and tried to enter my CD key for the PC it says its already duplicated and there for invalid?!. However my steam account still gets the achievements I get from the PS3 and i can see my steam account on my PS3 and all my friends just no Portal 2 in the games list... I bought it bran new sealed in plastic today. I tried restarting steam multiple times and entering the code. Anyone else have this problem?

Vibrato is a technique to enhance and enrich the sound of a note, usually ociated with notes of a value of a dotted quarter note or more. To achieve vibrato, you must fix your wrist in a bit of a curve over the neck, but not a sharp angle, for that will cause some joint pain in the future. Take the finger position you need for the specific note (1st finger, 1st position, 2nd finger, 2nd position, etc). Once you have done so, start moving your fingers back and forth, up and down. Now, what a lot of people sadly do, and make as a habit which prevents them from mastering vibrato, is going left to right. now, go back and forth a little faster, making sure NOT to move your wrist left or wright, but rather stiffly up and down with the movement of your fingers. Now, do it faster, but gracefully, at a moderately slow tempo. You WON'T get vibrato on the first try (it took me about 30 tries to even get anything close to the right sound), so be prepared to practice this technique a LOT. The problem occuring as to why your violin shakes can be for two reasons. 1: Its back and forth, side to side, if you do that, the hole violin will shake, and you won't get the rich, smooth tone you're looking for. 2: Again, you need to be positive that your grip on the violin is 100% foolproof. If you have a dangling wrist or loose fingers, the technique won't work. Of course, you don't want to press too hard, as that would create a rougher tone. Hope this helped :)

Is there any medication out there for bronchial asthma that won't give me nausea or heart palpitations?

I went on a trip to San Francisco and developed asthma/allergies up there along with mild bronchitis. When I came back to Southern Cal, it got worse. I don't get it here around my hometown tho and have lived here all my life. I've tried albuterol inhaler, but then my heart starts to beat hard and fast and I get dizzy and nauseated!! I would try to fall asleep, but I can't because the I could feel my heartbeat hard throughout my body! It would last for almost 3 hours before I can finally fall asleep! I can breathe good tho. In the meantime, I try to walk around or sit up since I can't take the feeling! It sucks cuz from time to time, I get mild panic attacks as well!! It feels as if I'm going to die! I only get the asthma symptoms when I try to go to bed. I went to the pharmacist and he told me to switch to Xopenex. He said this won't give me the rapid heartbeat/nausea I feel with albuterol. Can anyone tell me how this med has worked for them? Also, are there any other kinds of meds that would be good for me? Thanks so much!!

I need to know if the car accident i was involved in was my fault??

I was driving on a snowy freeway doing about 35-40mph. The lane i was in wasnt plowed very well so i ended up swerving and doing a 360 and ended up facing the oncoming traffic. But i didnt hit anything or any cars, there were no cars infront or behind me. So i turn my blinkers on and im about to make a U-turn, i waited for about a minute until the rest of traffic ped and be on my way when all of a sudden another car comes speeding into the lane i was in and smashes my truck in the front, then another cars hits him and pushes me even more. So im trying to see whos fault it is....obviously he came straight into me and either wasnt paying attention or lost control of his vehicle. Whos fault is it?!? State Trooper says it might be both our fault cause we lost control, but the thing is i didnt cause him to run into me, he shouldve seen me....what do u guys think???...

Flying tortises at 10:19?

So I had a dream early this morning that I was in my bedroom looking at pictures on my wall that suddenly seemed possessed by something evil. I was actually getting freaked out in my dream by these pictures. Then I looked outside my window and saw a blue star and thought "that must be Sirius", but then I saw a red star and thought "no, THAT must be Sirius", but then both of those and many other blue and red stars were coming closer and turned out to be tortises in blue and red wing sets (some had blue and some red) and when they hit the ground, they lost their wings and walked off. I knew then that it was a "night of the flying tortises", and that it had happened in the past and was always unpredictable when it would occur. Seeking to find a pattern, I looked at the clock and saw it was 10:19, which I know has some significance (it didn't change at all when I glanced back at it). My room was still dark, but I rushed through it to the main hall (the "evil" pictures had lost their power)
