There is this boy that's always mean to me what should i do?

There is a boy in my homeroom, and he's always mean to me! I don't see a problem why he's so mean. I'm taller than him, once he threw his gum at me, or when his lock fell to me he's '' pick it up bit.ch'' i was like whoa. That guy has issues lol. No, but what should I do? I don't want anyone to treat me like a who.re, have some respect!
