Why is Old time Hockey not respected?

Just try to YouTube a play by Vezina, Shore or Morenz... Unless you want to watch hockey hall of fame info (and honestly i have watched them all and find it interesting) then you have nothing to compare it too also as the game grew the technology used in the game grew... faster skates... Curved sticks many things that made the game move at a faster rate... The priories were amazing just better times were to come
