How was holy relic in Hazratbal mosque in Srinagar stolen & how was it recoverd mysteriously in Nov. 1963 ?

In Hazratbal mosque in Srinagar there is a hair of Prophet Muhammed(pbuh)'s beard sealed in a gl enclosure called 'Mooe Muqaddas Sharif'. That was mysteriously stolen for political reasons at the time of turmoil when 'Plebiscite Front' group was fully active pressurising for UNSC plebiscite pending which Nehru deliberately evaded by many dirty tricks on fear of losing, since 1949. Suddenly this event took place to divert public attention & hurt people's sentiments. IB chief B N Mullick's tact got that recovered & saved situation. The relic was recovered in mysterious cirstances. How ? This was never disclosed. why ? I came to know from Kashmiri's that Nehru ordered its theft & chief Minister, Bakhshi Ghulam Muhammed's cook stole that & put the same in Raj Bhavan. People say that after that event only Nehru suffered from paralysis attack on one side of his body from head to shoulder & later died on 27-05-1964. Was that allegation true ? Was still he Muslims' friend ? How ?
