Short hair with a full face?

i have a full,round face.it makes me look kindah chubby.i REALLY want short hair.right now i have medium length scene hair.i wanna get shorter hair though.BUT i have the worse possible situation.i have THIN THIN THIN THIN hair with a chubby looking round face (see kelly clarkson cept rounder) can anyone help me?pics?
