I am diabetic last 3 years,now fasting 140 and pp220,last one month started doing exercises and walking 2 kms daily.i need advises on food menu to be followed,fruits,vegetables list,type of yoga(Somebody says with yoga we can stop medcines),i am non veg eater,weight 98 kgs, height 165 cms.I have to cut short my weight quick.Presently taking melmet500-3 times and diamicron 60 twice a day ..suggestions please.
