Wayne Rooney and Carlos Tevez; are they out-and-out strikers or attacking midfielders?

Me personally, I beleive they are not real natural strikers. Atleast target men by any means. They play the same game, dropping deep into midfield and creating the play, more than being the ones who get on the end of it for the glory. Now I want to say this because the signing of Carlos Tevez has made me think, Fergie has got a plan. He clearly does not want an out-and-out striker. I should of gathered that one ages ago when he sold Ruud Van Nistelrooy, which upset me. But it clearly worked, we did better without a target man, fergies masterplan payed off. Now, think about this for one second, will Rooney and Tevez work together? Some would think not, I would normally be the first but its just kinda clicked, one will drop back, one will go forward, and vice-versa. The idea of this will be to clearly confuse defenders. Fergie has thought this one through, trust me. Well, we will be in for a surprise put it that way and I think it is going to be a good one!!!
