I'm interested in running my first half marathon, taking place 2 weeks from now. I read that you should train for about 10 weeks before the race, regularly, 3 times/week. I haven't done any training, though i run casually about once a week. My last run was 10km in 44minutes. The longest I've ever ran in my life was 12km and I've never ran for over 1 hour before. Will i be able to manage the race?? My body isn't use to it, so I'm worried I'll faint or injure myself badly and have to drop out. .hmmmm.......
