Can u hunt animals with fully automatic weapons?

i live in a state where it is illegal to use a fully automatic weapon my govenor used a fully automatic weapon in his movies like preadator and the terminator ya i live in california im going to move to florida i know u can use a machine gun there for sure but can i hunt animals with a machine gun like a browing automaitc rifle or a tommy gun or a mg42 like is there anywhere on earth u can hunt with it
