If you usually don't vote Republican or vote in midterms but plan to this time is it because of Obama-care?

Americans should be forced to take a civics cl in highschool. Maybe then they wouldn't be so painfully ignorant about politics. I can't count how many times I've heard Americans shout "Socialism!" yet have no idea what socialism is.
