Help! Is my rat okay?

I recently asked a question on here for help on my rat. I took her to the vet and they said she had no abnormal breathing patterns and that she was just sick. They prescribed her baytril to take orally for 10 days. Three days and three treatments later she still seems to be having breathing problems and it scares me. She seems to breathe completely fine when shes asleep or resting but when walking about she seems to squeak i guess when she breathes and sounds congested. I'm worried the baytril wont work and that my little girl will get more sick. I know its only been a few days since her visit to the vet but im still worried. If anyone has any more advice it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
