PLEASE help with The Great Awakening and the Enlightenment?

The Great Awakening brought people toward less establish religions and way from the Church of England you could use this as an example of the break with Britain. The Age of Enlightenment argument i think is much stronger. Many of the writings of this period talked about equality of people and questioned divine right to rule. The Declaration of Independence absolutely espouses enlightenment ideals. Even the separation of duties in the Constitution is a good example of Enlightenment principles.
