80's movie that i cant remember the name of...?

ok..it was a weird movie...from the 80's or early 90's...ive been trying for years to figure out the mane of it. this kid in high school finds a genie or leprechaun who at some points in the movie lives in a gl beer bottle. this kid at one point shrinks and climbs into one of the schools chearleaders while shes in cl....heres where it gets weird and perverted kinda lol....he is in her underwear and is shrunken so small that he starts climbing her pubic hair..he falls off and moves around which makes her have an in cl...weird i know..but if u remember the name of this movie lemme know!!
