Is DSW.com A good site?? Please help!! I really want some Pumas!!!?

Ok, so I LUH-OVE Puma shoes!! Totally in love with them but they do cost a bit and my mom wanted me to find a site that sold them for less. And this was the only site I found that had the shoes I wanted and in my size.....But, does it take your credit card? It didn't have one of those things certifying that it didn't.......
