Why are boys so poopie?

Why do guys in their 20s let you wait for them while they work out of town then ignore your text? I just want a piece! We were in cl together last term, then went out a couple times, He tried to get in my pants a couple times, I didn't let him. I just gave him a bunch of frenchers.... Then he went out of town to work. He is now back and having a pow wow with family, he says. He seems to shy away when I talk about doin' it. He's effin ignoring me. I want a piece! What do I do to get his attention and then in his pants?
